This should be ordered for any glider which is sent to Eagle with no markings on damaged areas needing attention. Having you mark all damaged areas needing repair will reduce your cost.  Select the 1 Hour Rack Inspection if you aren’t confident you have marked ALL damaged areas on your glider, or haven’t marked any locations.  This will ensure all damaged areas are identified and repaired.

Our full service shop will repair your damaged glider, and get you back in the air. Please tie a visible line or ribbon on the areas needing repair. We will inspect the glider upon receipt, and having you mark problem areas will reduce your cost and the amount of time discovering issues. Select the 1 hour Glider Repair below if your wing needs repair.  This will get us started.  We can draw up a quote, and get back to you before we begin work if needed.

We will manufacture lines needing replacement on your wing. All line orders need to be purchased on the Eagle store before any lines can be manufactured. Our shop rate applies to removing old or damaged lines, and installing the new manufactured lines on your glider. You can opt to install the lines we manufacture yourself if you wish. We suggest sending us your glider or measuring the lines under a 5KG load if the wing has over 100 hours.  Its likely your line set has shrunk over time, and the individual lines lengths in the owners manual are different than the current line lengths on your glider.  Attaching the original length line taken from the manual could make your gliders trim asymmetric.  You can measure the line on your own, but it must be made under a 5kg load, otherwise there can be discrepancies.  You should measure the matching line on the opposite side of your glider. We suggest you send your glider to our shop if you are uncertain about how to measure the line length under a 5kg load. Laser Trim Tuning is suggested for any glider with 150 hours or more of use.  Your glider is certainly out of optimal trim after 150 hours.  You can also send us your glider, and we can handle everything. We suggest a Laser Trim Tuning on your glider if you replace more than 3 lines.  Please tie a visible line or ribbon on any lines needing to be replaced. We will inspect the glider upon receipt, and having you mark lines needing replacement will reduce your cost and the amount of time discovering issues.

The Eagle shop charges a $35 flat shipping fee to cover the return shipping costs on your paraglider, a $20 flat shipping fee for reserve parachutes, and $10 for lines, after any service performed. You get the same $35 flat return shipping fee if you send both your paraglider and reserve parachute for service.  Be sure to add the Return Shipping option to the shopping cart unless you are picking service items up at the shop. Note the flat shipping fees do not apply to residents of Hawaii and Alaska. A custom shipping quote will be sent for shipments to these states.

Eagle will contact you with any additional recommended service suggestions to go over your options before we do any extra work.
