Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy
Our Shipping & Returns Policy may change at any time without notice.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Gift Cards or Gift Certificates are exempt from being returned.
FREE CONTINENTAL SHIPPING for merchandise orders over $100 and $10 flat rate shipping for orders below $100.
Orders are generally processed within two business days of placing your order regardless of the shipping method you choose. Orders received after 1:00 pm (WST) may not be processed until the next business day, if in stock. Otherwise, products will be back ordered and shipped as soon as possible. When we receive the payment the order is placed and can not be cancelled. DVDs and Videos cannot be returned or exchanged. Defective/damaged DVDs or Videos will be replaced with the same title only. Changing / Canceling Your Order may occur at any time prior to shipment, generally within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
To return products, you should mail your product UPS of FEDEX ONLY to: Eagle Paragliding INC, 1107 Castillo Street, Santa Barbara, Ca, 93101. You are responsible for shipping costs on returned items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you Depends on your shipping address location. We suggest using a track-able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your items UPS ONLY to: Eagle Paragliding INC, 1107 Castillo Street, Santa Barbara, Ca, 93101
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds will be credited after receipt and inspection of the returned items. We charge a flat $50 restocking fee for purchases over $500. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable. High priced items are shipped with insurance and signature on delivery, as we require delivery confirmation that the products were received.
Only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for items not in original condition, damaged goods, or missing parts which are not due to our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you confirming we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed once you are approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, check your account again. Contact the financial institution or credit card company, it often takes extra time for refunds to be posted. After these steps, if you are still have not received your refund yet, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help. If an item is listed as “Final Sale” all sales are final and non-refundable.
